flying with MAS
last week, aku melalui pengalaman buruk terbang mengunakan khidmat MAS nie. Aku rasa AirAsia (AA) memang way better than Malaysian Airline System (MAS) when it comes to handling complaints. Maklum le AA ni memang selalu wat kejutan but they would definitely informed the passengers and they gives you gift worth RM200.
Tapi, lain pulak jadinya bile MAS buat hal. Aku terkandas kat Kuching International Airport for almost 6 hours. No apologize being given. We were not inform about our current flight status. Yg paling teruk, frontline staff ni memang xde responsibility langsung. At least kalo da delay tu, juz make an announcement and communicate with the passangers on the latest status of the flight. Ini tidak, relax je suh kita tunggu. Kalo da delay tu, setakat bagi voucher makan KFC and Marrybrown tu xpayah pon xpe.
As a customer, i want to know my latest flight status and keep on updating the status of the flight. Dont made the customer wait,and at least APOLOGIZE la.. I’m very disappointed when there was no announcement made to update our flight status. Kindly inform the passenger in advance, dont made us wait without knowing anything. Last but not least, please apologize la..

as reference, ni la tiket aku.. sepatutnya aku naik flight 12.30 pm.. at the end naik flight kol 6.30 pm..

Ni le ticket flight aku, di sebelah, voucher KFC/Marrybrown kalo flight korang delay.. worth nothing actually, cume mengemukkan je.. 6 Hours delay and they give you 2 KFC/Marrybrown vouchers worth not even RM20..
